Magnolia Park Apartments

Message: First I wanted to say that Mesha has taken care of my grandmother from the time she did the application until now. And I pray it continues. My grandma was without water/dealing with low water pressure for almost 4 weeks. Mesha offered her a place to bathe clean water to cook with wash dishes. Another issue with her apartment is with her ac her ac went out around the same time. Mesha kept begging for us to be patient. Maintenance brought one window ac unit. Then the same day mesha brought the other ac unit to go into her bedroom and installed her self. When I say it was over 100 degrees it was and my grandma needs ac she’s almost 80 years old. One thing I notice is Mesha will go to war over her tenants. She will try to make sure your issues is fixed in a timely manner. But it’s only so much management can do without the proper resources. I tip my hat off to mesha the best property manager that we have. She don’t mind evicting if your rent isn’t paid so if you move here and plan to not pay please think again mesha will evict. But she will try to work with you before she files. Thank you mesha we are still being patient about our ac.

Message: I had a tour at magnolia park and I looked at a 2 bedroom and a 1 bedroom and when I tell you that the manager actually helped me and showed me different floor plans before it rained on us and even when it rained she offered me her umbrella while she still showed me apartments. I wanted to say thank you mesha for your help and your respect I never met a manager who was honest and juggles a lot from what I can see at once she was answering phones sending emails and helping me. It’s like she’s a robot or something. But I like her. And hopefully when the deposit changes I would love to move in when it does. Mesha brighten my day even when I was rude to her she still helped me no no attitude or hesitation.

Message: Omg where do I start. The approval process was easy & fast. They are very helpful getting people back on their feet and into a lovely home. The amazing property manager helped me a lot by helping me pick which unit was best available & let me look around. Which was super nice because she was busy but she did it anyway. I really like the units & how some have carpet & all with nice floors. I definitely would recommend to anyone moving to Jackson like I am!

Message: I am bursting with excitement. I would first like to Thank GOD for making this all possible. I was recently dealing with a Hardship and needed immediate assistance. I went to my Apartment Manager and confided in her, she recommended that I reach out to hinds county emergency rental assistance program for help. I did and almost 1 to 2 weeks later after filling out the application and uploading all required documents, I was approved for my out standing debt. and 3 moths extended assistance. it was not a hard process neither was it very easy. But with The help of God, Magnolia park apartments/Jocelyn Kelly, Property Manager and Mrs Wanda and Mrs Eva at the Rental assistance program. it would not have been possible. I can't Thank all of you enough..
