Message: I’ve been living here for about 4 months now and everything has been great. I really enjoy the quietness of the apartments and most of all the office staff really cares about the tenants. Tara always makes sure that everything is up to par from the maintenance to the safety and cleanliness of the apartments. Anytime I have an issue they make sure that it is resolved in a timely fashion. Great place to live overall.

Message: Yes I do agree the apartments does need work. I have lived at Sykes for 4 years and during my stay there has been two different managers and I agree they both was horrible. They always had attitudes and was never in the office. We recently just got a new manager her name is Tarsha and she is the best. All the people in my building always saying good things about her. I can't speak for no one else but I think she truly cares. She comes by and make sure work orders are complete. I noticed that when someone comes in the office she ask them is everything going well in your unit. Valentine's Day she personally passed out lil cards and candy. She even gave my neighbor a birthday card. I was actually thinking about leaving in June but I think I am going to stay. If you decide to move out here no you not going to get a luxury apartment but you will get a place to call home because the new manager tries her best to make sure things get done.
